Compensation
Mod Squad members participate in an advisor pool that shares in platform economics.
Mod Squad members earn participation in the advisor pool based on measurable contributions that move startups forward.
This ensures that everyone involved in the platform is aligned around meaningful outcomes.
Economics
~30% of Platform Economics
Approximately 30% of Mod Squad Capital's platform economics is allocated to the Mod Squad Advisor Pool.
Advisors earn participation in this pool based on verified contributions that materially advance the startup.
Advisors do not receive automatic equity. Participation is earned through measurable outcomes.
Attribution
Advisor contributions are evaluated through a lightweight governance process designed to remain fair without creating bureaucracy.
A small internal committee reviews contributions and allocates credit accordingly.
The goal is to ensure transparency while keeping the system efficient and practical.
Time Commitment
Mod Squad members typically support a limited number of startups at a time to ensure meaningful engagement.
